Common questions
Can I get finance if I'm just starting a courier or delivery business?
Yes. New business finance is available for delivery operators, though lender criteria vary. We work with lenders who understand the owner-operator model and can assess your situation on its merits.
I deliver for Amazon Flex or DoorDash — does that count as income?
Platform-based delivery income is assessed differently by lenders. We have experience with these applications and can identify lenders who are comfortable with gig economy income.
What if I'm self-employed and don't have full financials?
Low-doc options may be available for self-employed delivery operators. Alternative documentation such as bank statements or an accountant's letter may be accepted depending on the lender.
Can I finance a refrigerated van for food delivery?
Yes. Refrigerated delivery vehicles are a common asset we help finance. The loan structure will depend on your business setup, GST registration and the lender's criteria.
How does broker remuneration work?
We charge a brokerage fee for our service. We may also receive a commission from the lender when a loan is settled. Both will be disclosed to you before you proceed.
